- We reserve the right to cancel or amend a reservation in cases of no-shows and suspicions of fraud.
- Changes or cancellations must be made in writing by email to bookings@executivehotelandsuites.com.
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to arrival for refunds to be valid. Cancellations made after 24 hours do not attract refunds.
- In situations where cancellation mail is not received as at 3pm on arrival date, we have the right to release the room to another guest as long as there is no deposit on the booking to avoid the NO-SHOW charge, which attracts 100% of the room rate.
- The current room rates on display are the Single BB rates which are strictly for one guest per room.
- The Double BB rates are strictly for two guests per room and will be made available upon request from the website booking engine, via email from the front desk.
- Breakfast is complimentary for one person (using the single BB rate).
- Breakfast is complimentary for 2 people (using the double BB rate).
- The hotel does not provide extra beds.
- The hotel is a non-smoking establishment.
